01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ll99 online gaming platform, including the website located at ll99.im and all associated mobile applications, services, games, and features made available by ll99 ("the Platform"). References to "ll99", "we", "us", or "our" throughout this document refer to the operator of the ll99 Platform. References to "you", "your", or "the Player" refer to any registered account holder or visitor to the Platform.

ll99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 02 Eligibility & Age

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on ll99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ll99 will verify your age as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may request documentary evidence at any stage.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts are not eligible to hold player accounts on ll99.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with ll99 or any gambling self-exclusion scheme that would prohibit your use of the Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or as a proxy for a third party in relation to your use of the Platform.
• You must not have previously had an ll99 account suspended or permanently closed by ll99 due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

ll99 operates strict age verification procedures in line with responsible gaming best practices. During registration and upon request, players may be required to provide government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe requested by ll99 may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification.

03 Account Registration

Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across such accounts.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ll99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. ll99 does not accept payments from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name, and all withdrawals will be returned to the same verified account used for the corresponding deposit.

The minimum deposit amount at ll99 is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Minimum and maximum limits for individual payment methods may vary and are displayed in full within the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may be subject to change from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your ll99 account balance promptly following confirmation by the relevant payment provider. In most cases, bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transactions are credited in real time. ll99 does not charge processing fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawal requests are processed by ll99 as quickly as operationally possible. 05 Bonuses & Promotions

ll99 offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer at the time of issue. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional credits offered by ll99 unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the specific promotional terms and must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and betting markets specified in the individual promotion. Using bonus funds on restricted games or markets may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

06 User Obligations

As a registered player on ll99, you agree to use the Platform in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Attempting to access the Platform using automated bots, scripts, or any other software designed to manipulate game outcomes, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent platform security systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or co-ordinated play designed to defraud ll99 or other players.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with any software, algorithm, or security measure on the ll99 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ll99 staff or other players through the Platform's communication channels.
• Creating or using multiple accounts in an attempt to circumvent account-level restrictions, self-exclusion orders, or promotional eligibility rules.

ll99 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and conducts manual account reviews on a regular basis. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will be subject to the full range of remedies available to ll99, including account closure, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where the conduct in question may constitute a criminal offence.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the ll99 Platform — including but not limited to the ll99 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and proprietary game content — is the intellectual property of ll99 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ll99 Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or publish any content from the ll99 Platform without prior written consent from ll99.
• Use the ll99 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks for any commercial purpose, endorsement, or affiliation without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the ll99 Platform on any other website or digital service without ll99's written permission.
• Systematically extract or scrape data from the Platform for use in any third-party service, application, or database.

Game content available on the ll99 Platform — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — is provided under licence from the respective game studios. All intellectual property rights in such game content belong to the respective studios and are used by ll99 under a valid commercial licence. Any unauthorised use of such content may constitute infringement of both ll99's and the relevant studio's intellectual property rights.

08 Limitation of Liability

ll99 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the Platform is available, accurate, and free from technical errors at all times. However, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ll99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ll99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, server downtime, or game malfunctions.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, market data, or promotional terms.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any actions taken by ll99 in good faith in response to suspected fraud, AML concerns, or a breach of these Terms, including account suspension or fund withholding during an investigation.

In the event of a malfunction in any game or betting system that results in an incorrect outcome or an erroneous payout, ll99 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. ll99 will communicate clearly with affected players in such circumstances and will not apply this provision arbitrarily or in bad faith.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your ll99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon requesting closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary account closure.

ll99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, or money laundering.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Your account being inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy applies — see below).
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by you or your payment provider against a legitimate ll99 transaction.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to voluntarily exclude themselves from the ll99 Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary time-out (from 24 hours up to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed with the utmost priority. During any active self-exclusion period, ll99 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded player and to block access to the Platform from the associated account.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ll99 will attempt to notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Any applicable dormancy fee will be clearly communicated and will not reduce the account balance below zero.

10 Governing Law

ll99 operates under an international gaming licence and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of player protection, fair play, and operational transparency. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ll99 Platform, including disputes relating to these Terms, shall first be referred to ll99's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, you must contact the ll99 support team in writing, setting out the nature of the dispute and the outcome you are seeking. ll99 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ll99's internal process to your reasonable satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. ll99 will cooperate fully with any such ADR process and will abide by the outcome of any determination made by a recognised ADR provider.

ll99 does not exclude or limit in any way its liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents, or subcontractors; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by applicable law.
